Training, Networking and Testing Opportunities Through April 2010 Classes, meetings and events are held at the North Shelby Library housed training center. Tuition is $42 per class or 3 classes in one year
or 3 employees from 1 company, $95. Attendees who pay for three classes for $95, will receive a mini-library of
landscaping books free of charge! This is a great offer, made possible
by BookSmart, to help the Green Industry. If you need lodging while attending a class or event you may want to go to the site: The Hyatt Place Inverness is our host hotel and they offer a breakfast, shuttle service and a special rate for class
attendees using the "ALGI" rate code. The Hyatt link is: Directions to the AGITC/NSL: Traveling East on US 280E Follow US 280E and turn right onto Cahaba Valley Rd/AL-119. Travel approximately 4.5 miles. The library is located on the left hand side not far past Oak Mountain Middle School. If you see Heardmont Park on the right hand side you've gone too far.Traveling South from Birmingham Follow I-65 South and exit at Cahaba Valley Rd/AL-119 exit - EXIT 246. Turn left at the light onto AL-119/Cahaba Valley Rd. Travel approximately 4 miles. When you see Heardmont Park on the left hand side the library is located just past it on the right hand side of the road.Traveling North from Pelham Follow I-65 North and exit at Cahaba Valley Rd/AL-119 exit - EXIT 246. Turn right at the light onto AL-119/Cahaba Valley Rd. Travel approximately 4 miles. When you see Heardmont Park on the left hand side the library is located just past it on the right hand side of the road.
